This policy explains what CoinAlko collects when you visit coinalko.com, why, and for how long. We have deliberately built the site to collect as little as possible.

| Terms acknowledgement | When you click "I Understand" on the notice shown on your first visit, we record that acceptance both in your browser and on our server. Note on the acknowledgement record — an exception to the 48-hour rule. We delete visitor IP addresses after 48 hours, as stated above. The terms acknowledgement record is the one deliberate exception: it is kept longer because its whole purpose is to show, if it is ever disputed, that the risk warning and terms were presented to you and accepted. It is created only when you click "I Understand" — not on ordinary browsing — it is stored separately from our visitor statistics, and it is never used for analytics, marketing or profiling. If you never click the button, no such record exists.
Access to the site's administration area is additionally logged (time, IP and the username used) for security. This applies only to the operator, not to ordinary visitors.
Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process this data on the basis of our legitimate interests — namely keeping the Service secure and available, preventing abuse, and understanding aggregate audience size. The terms acknowledgement record is additionally processed for the establishment, exercise and defence of legal claims. We do not process special categories of personal data, and we do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Because we set no tracking cookies and load no third-party analytics, we do not rely on consent-based tracking.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or analytics companies. Data may be disclosed only where we are legally required to do so, or where strictly necessary to investigate abuse or protect the security of the Service.
Our hosting provider processes data on our behalf purely to operate the server infrastructure.
The Service runs on a server located in Türkiye. If you visit from outside Türkiye, the limited data described above is transferred to and processed there.
The cryptocurrency market data displayed on CoinAlko comes from the public interfaces of Binance, Bybit and OKX. It is public market information and contains no personal data about you. Visiting CoinAlko does not connect you to any exchange, and we do not send any information about you to them.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

The site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, applies rate limiting, and restricts administrative access. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we keep the amount of personal data we hold deliberately minimal so that there is very little to lose.
CoinAlko is not intended for anyone under 18 years old and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy as the Service develops — for example if we introduce user accounts in the future. The version on this page is always the current one, and the "Last updated" date shows when it changed.
